The aim of the project

Studying the factors that guide people to receive mobile services within the framework of the CAHC Activity (“Project”) in 2023-2024; identify the reasons for the most requested essential health services; and analyze and segment the presented health needs of the population in selected communities participating in the Project. The study’s results should include an assessment of how the demand and willingness to use mobile services has changed and the level of satisfaction with the services provided by the Project.

Goals and objectives

  • Field Data Collection: gather data through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and observations to assess the impact of mobile health services in remote areas.
  • Conduct desk research to assess the impact to existing essential health service needs of population of selected communities since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, which would encourage people to receive mobile health services at the community level from NGOs participating in the Project
  • Perform analysis based on the field data collection and desk research and develop
  • Prepare an analytical report and presentations.
