Goals and objectives of the project

1. Identify the main motivating factors for newly diagnosed PLHIV who were diagnosed with HIV infection within the framework of the Project in 2022-2023.

2. Identify the main reasons for refusal to use HTSs at the NGO level among KPs (PWID, MSM and SW).

3. Identify the main needs of KP representatives that have arisen after February 24, 2022,the fulfillment of which would encourage clients to receive services within the continuum of services at the level of NGOs participating in the Project, in particular:
а) social needs
b) medical needs
c) legal needs
d) psychological needs

4. Development of conceptual documents for the services.

5. Collect basic socio-demographic and behavioral information.

6. Perform analysis based on the collected information.

7. Prepare an analytical report and presentations based on the results of the tasks #4-6.
