Dear Colleagues, please join us on December 14th for a virtual seminar organized by the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS (CIRA) at Yale University featuring a research presentation and discussion on current evidence, reflections from the field, and opportunities to support healthcare workers in the context of crises.
During the meeting, American, British and Ukrainian public health experts will highlight the emerging evidence on how crises, such as the war in Ukraine, the conflict in the Middle East, and the COVID-19 crisis, have put healthcare workers at risk of occupational burn out and mental and physical health hazards. We also will identify gaps and opportunities to support healthcare workers’ health and well-being through practice and policy change and collaborative research.
