for health care professionals who have been trained in the Self-Help Plus program as part of the USAID Public Health System Recovery and Resilience Activity. <\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b94d053 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b94d053\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column \/><\/p>\n<p>A total of 139 specialists from 8 regions of Ukraine covered by the project received stress management skills in the Self-Help Plus program at in-person trainings six months ago and began to implement them within their work teams.<\/p>\n<p>Later they had an opportunity to share the successes of their work and receive advice on how to overcome difficulties during two online meetings with trainers. The third and final round of supervisions is currently underway.<\/p>\n<p>Ivano-Frankivsk and Ternopil regions were the first to summarize the results. In the next few days, we will also discuss the current results and prospects of implementing the program with trained specialists from Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Odesa, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>The Self-Help Plus program<\/strong> was developed by WHO as a group course to help adults in extremely adverse circumstances learn stress management skills.
