Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko greeted the participants.<\/p>\n<p>Marta Melnyk, Mental Health Program Manager of the USAID PHS R&#038;R activity, and Yulia Mazur, expert of the Mental Health Coordination Center, delivered welcoming remarks.<\/p>\n<p>The event was organized in the format of a seminar, to which leading experts in psychological rehabilitation, as well as representatives of rehabilitation health care facilities, were invited. The seminar was led by Ksenia Voznitsyna and Tatyana Sirenko, deputy director of the Lisova Polyana psychological rehabilitation center.<\/p>\n<p>During the two-day seminar, participants had the opportunity to learn about the model of the Mental Health Recovery Center, including principles and values; organizational requirements and structure; patient pathway and work with staff. In addition, on the second day of the seminar, the participants had a tour of the Mental Health Recovery Center.<\/p>\n<p>The Center&#8217;s model described above is based on the nine-year daily experience of the team of the Lisova Polyana Center for Mental Health and Rehabilitation of Veterans with invisible injuries, which was supplemented by expertise in working with survivors of captivity and torture, as well as overcoming the consequences of mild traumatic brain injury &#8211; the &#8220;autograph of war&#8221;.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
