this project component, in collaboration with international and national partners, is overseen by the European Institute of Public Health Policy.<\/p>\n<p>In the near future, introductory seminars and meetings with community representatives will take place in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Odesa, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, and Ivano-Frankivsk. At the seminars, participants will learn about and try out practical scientifically grounded tools for preventing and managing stress, for enhancing resilience and self-awareness, developing self- and mutual aid, and building a supportive environment in communities.<\/p>\n<p>In July, at a training based on the &#8220;Healing Mind and Body&#8221; program, which will take place in Kyiv, 150 participants will learn to take care of their mental health and conduct group sessions on developing psychophysical skills for self- and mutual support.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
