to and retention on daily PrEP prescribed as the fixed dose formulation to PWID randomized 1:1 to PrEP as usual or SMS-enhanced PrEP.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nSecondary Objectives\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>To describe patterns and attributes of PrEP adherence among participants (e.g., SMS acceptance, substance use, sociocultural factors)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>To measure changes in injection and sexual risk taking behavior among study participants<\/li>\r\n \t<li>To describe client- and provider-level barriers to PrEP initiation and
